According to the Heartland MLS in Kansas City, the average sales price jumped up in October, 2011 $12,854 from September, 2011 to $246,195. The year to date average sales price is $241,271, which is slightly below last years year to date average sales price of $246,677.
This just proves that the Kansas City real estate market has hit the bottom and is rebuilding.
