Johnson County, Kansas Real Estate Stats - Real Estate Sales Jump Up According to the Heartland MLS in Kansas City

The surge in real estate sales in October has helped the real estate market to keep up with last years real estate pace. This past October, 532 homes sold and closed in Johnson County, Kansas. That is 6, 049 homes sold year to date, which is 108 fewer homes sold sold compared to the year to date of last year. 


Real Estate sales and closings jumped up 25% compared to the same month last year.


Another positive about the real estate market in Kansas City.
