Many home buyers like the idea of obtaining one mortgage loan but after looking at the requirements and fees to obtain a large mortgage they decide to obtain a 2nd mortgage on their current home. Lance from First Fidelis has a jumbo mortgage loan that will probably solve your problem without costing you twice. What’s a jumbo mortgage? In essence, it’s just what it sounds like: a mortgage with a higher loan limit than a normal conventional mortgage. A typical Jumbo Loan is going to behave just like a regular loan with a few exceptions; higher down payments (up to 30%), better credit scores (minimum credit score of 700), a lower debt to income ratio (ratio of less than 43%), higher interest rate, and two appraisals. With the jumbo mortgage from First Fidelis, you're going to be able to get that bigger house WITHOUT the bigger rate and fees. It is a fast and easy loan process in which a home buyer can buy a larger home without selling their current home to obtain the down payment. A home buyer will only need a 10% down payment (rather than a 30% down payment), there will be no costly mortgage insurance, and applicants can have credit scores down to a 680 FICO.
