Although Olathe has seen a consistent dip in the Median Estimated Home Values over the past 12 months, Olathe had a slight uptick in the median estimated home values over the past month.
The slight increase, although small at .37%, is a welcome relief of consistent negative decreases. The slight increase coming before 2012 may be a sign that the housing market has bottomed out and home values will start to increase.
