National Association of Realtors reports that home sales jump up 3.7%Home Sales! | Real Estate Insider News

The National Association of Realtors reported that existing home sales rose 3.7% in March from the previous month. That topped expectations of a 2.5% gain. The NAR said the seasonally adjusted annual sales rate rose to 5.1 million. That’s not a big number — last year, about 4.9 million existing homes were sold — the worst sales rate since 1997.
