RE/MAX is Ranked #1, Followed by #2 Coldwell Banker. Keller Williams #6.

As I glanced through my Google Reader this morning I was excited to read the stats on transactions from the major real estate companies. I cannot help but be elated at the numbers depicted on the following chart.  As you can see – REMAX is #1, followed by #2 Coldwell Banker, then #3 ERA Realtors.

I was surprised to see that Keller Williams was # 6. # 7 Soetheby’s and #8 Better Homes do not have franchises in Kansas City.



An agent can only be as good as the company they stand behind and are able to grow within.  That is why the Dowell Taggart Team has embraced the REMAX Brand.



If you are working with a Realtor that is working with one of these other Real Estate companies – Don’t let this sway you – Please remain loyal.  Remember, All things being equal, Friends would rather do business with friends, right?
