Salty Iguana Mexican Restaurant will open in Overland Park

A Salty Iguana Mexican Restaurant will open in May or June in the former Uno’s Chicago Grill building at 8420 W. 135th St. in Overland Park.

Salty Iguana, the local chain made famous by University of Kansas basketball coach Bill Self’s radio advertising spots, is leasing the space from a local group of investors that recently bought the building.
