The average sales price for homes in Johnson County, Kansas may hit the bottom. The average sales prices in September of 2011 were $25,638 lower than the average sales prices in September of 2010. The bright spot is the average sales prices have increased this past summer before falling in September., 2011. The average sales price fell $13,570 from August 2011 to September 2011.

The average sales price in Johnson County, Kansas was $233,341 in September 2011.
