The Olathe, Kansas City Council OKs tax abatement - Submits application for 33 million in industrial revenue bonds

The Olathe City Council unanimously approved tax abatement Tuesday for a new light industrial facility to be constructed in the I-35 Logistics Park, west of Old 56 Highway at 156th Street.

The council opened a public hearing to receive comments about the application for $33,372,000 in industrial revenue bonds received from KH Jensen on behalf of Sun Life Assurance of Canada, but no one came forward.
