Looking at homes in Kansas City? Did you know that most sinks have some water damage?

Most sinks have some signs of water damage underneath them, even if the issue was no more than a loose washer at some point in the past. When you are getting out and looking at homes to buy in Kansas City look underneath the sinks. Many will show signs of water damage.

If you're interested in the home, review the seller disclosure for possible defects in the plumbing. If no damage is noted and damage has been observed, higher a licensed inspector or plumber to inspect the plumbing.

As a buyer you don't want to inherit another homeowners plumbing problems.
