1) Leawood, KS. with a home selling for $1,200,000
2) Overland Park, KS. with a home selling for $989,000
3) Prairie Village, KS. with a home selling for $979,000
4) Mission Hills, KS. with a home selling for $869,706
5) Shawnee, KS. with a home selling for $860,000
6) Olathe, KS. with a home selling for $735,000
7) Lenexa, KS. with a home selling for $550,000
8) Mission, KS. with a home selling for $265,450
9) Roeland Park, KS. with a home selling for $240,000
10) Gardner, KS. with a home selling for $232,000
11) Merriam, KS. with a home selling for $167,000

Real Estate Stats Disclosure: The real estate stats were obtained from the time period of August 1st, 2012 to  to September 15th,  2012 and include only single family homes that had been reported in the Heartland MLS system. The cities of Edgerton, Spring Hill, De Soto, Countryside, Bonner Springs, Fairway, Lake Quivira, Westwood, Westwood Hills, and Mission Woods were not included in the stats due to the lack of real estate sold during the time period.
