The supply of homes available for sale in Kansas City is lower than the same time last last year. How long will the supply of homes stay low? No sure, but looking at the real estate stats, the supply of homes for sale is increasing. When the supply increases, the real estate market will tilt from a seller's market to a neutral market. Over the next few months, the market should go back to a buyer's market.
