Share your favorite Zoo Tale with our Zoo Docents who will share with you their amazing Zoo knowledge on Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Were you here the day the blue monkey put a banana peel on its head? Did you catch the elephant painting? Have you seen the tree kangaroo hanging up-side-down?  There is always a tale to be told at the Kansas City Zoo.

Help Animals from South and Central America
at Libations for Conservation
A tequila tasting for the animals! Join us onWednesday, May 2 from 5 - 7 pm for the "happiest" hour around. Taste tequillas and meet animals from around the South and Central American regions in the Zoo's Discovery Barn.  Meet some of these animals up-close during the Zoo Keeper Chats; munch on tasty appetizers; go down the slide and be entertained.  (Water, soda, beer, wine and tequilla will be avaialble at the bars; tasting, two drink tickets, appetizers and entertainment are included in registration.)
Bring your friends to this 21 year and older event; only $20 for FOTZ Members, $30 for non-FOTZ Members. Reservations are preferred

PreSchool Programs Weekly
Science Adventure Club meets everyWednesday and Thursday at 11 am .  Dance like an animal, create an animal from recycled materials, ride on the carousel, meet an animal and so much more. Topics change weekly but the fun is always avialable. 
It's only $4 for FOTZ Members' children; $5 non-FOTZ Members. Reservations are highly recommended and parents, you can stay and have fun too. Find out the secrets of the animals from our professionally trained educators.
