My wife and I are planning on selling our Overland Park home this summer. Currently our home is a baby blue color. It needs a new paint job before we put it on the market. My wife wants to keep it the baby blue color. I want to paint an off white, What do you think we should do?

Jim & Carol K. from Overland Park, Kansas

Answer: Great question, Jim and Carol. I get asked questions about color and decor quite often. Although the color of your home may appeal to your wife, any color that is not neutral will appeal to fewer people. When selling your Overland Park, KS. home I recommend keeping the colors throughout your home a neutral color. That includes the exterior. Neutral colors will appeal to a wider audience of home buyers. A neutral color that is the most common for exterior colors is an off white. You kind of want a mix between a white and a yellow.

Hope this helps. If you need any additional help, don't hesitate to contact me.
