Jackie from Overland Park, Kansas.

Answer: Sorry, Jackie to be the bearer of bad news. No, an individual that is a minor can not sign a legally enforceable document like a real estate contract. You can have a trust setup on your behalf. The trust could hold the property until you reach of age. You will need to consult an attorney regarding setting up the trust.
