According to the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS monthly reports, the number of resale homes for sale in Kansas City dropped again. That is 7 months consecutive were the number of resale homes for sale is less than the previous month.
In December, there were 11,571 homes for sale. That is 934 homes fewer for sale than in November.
RE/MAX sells more homes than any other real estate company.
