Most Kansas City home buyers will figure the squeaky floors are a major problem. I have had home buyers guess that the home sellers spilled water on the floors and now they are warped to home buyers thinking the floors will fall through. No matter what, home buyers will not be happy with the squeaky floors. 


Do your best to identify the source of squeaky floor sounds and resolve the issues. While you're at it fix any holes in the walls also.
