I have not placed my Olathe house up for sale yet nor have I have any idea what it is really worth in today's real estate market. I do need the money from my current house in order to buy my next home in Overland Park. What should I do first? Start looking at homes in Overland Park before selling my current house? Put this one up for sale before seriously looking? What if this house sells fast and I haven’t found my “dream home” yet? Or what if I find my new home, but it takes months to sell my current house?
