According to the Heartland MLS in Kansas City, there are 5 counties that make up the Kansas counties of Kansas City in the Heartland MLS. Those counties are Johnson County, Wyandotte County, Leavenworth County, Miami County and Franklin County.


Franklin County has had a 1% of the total year to date sales of the Heartland MLS and 1.4% of the October real estate sales.


Miami County has had a 1.2% of the total year to date sales of the Heartland MLS and 1.% of the October real estate sales.


Leavenworth County has had a 2.7% of the total year to date sales of the Heartland MLS and 2.7% of the October real estate sales.


Wyandotte County has had a 5.81% of the total year to date sales of the Heartland MLS and 6% of the October real estate sales.


Johnson County has had a 28.8% of the total year to date sales of the Heartland MLS and 27% of the October real estate sales.
