Overland Park, Kansas Retail Shopping Center is Changing Its Name
The new owners of the stalled Corbin Park project in Overland Park, Kansas is changing its name to Aspen Square.
The new name comes from Aspen Square Inc., which bought the nearly vacant retail shopping center 135th Street and Metcalf Avenue in a bankruptcy auction.
The Overland Park shopping center was projected to have 1.1 million square feet of retail space on 97 acres. Situated on the crossroads of two main Overland Park, KS. arterials, the shopping center was projected to have 1.1 million square feet of retail shopping space on 97 acres.
The owner of Aspen Square Inc., Mike Schlup, said his company has hired Copaken Brooks as a development consultant for the project.
