James Avery, a jewelry store, is planing on opening a store in the 170+ store Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kansas this next spring.

The James Avery jewelry store will feature an extensive selection of predominantly hand-crafted jewelry, with designs in sterling silver, 14-karat gold and gemstones.

The Overland Park location will be James Avery's first store in the Midwestern U.S.  The company's Overland Park, Kansas opening is part of an ongoing growth strategy that is primarily focused on that region as well as in the southeastern U.S.  With the opening of this location in Overland Park, James Avery will operate a total of 64 stores across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Kansas.
