Real Estate Listing Inventory Drops in Johnson County, Kansas - Home Values will Start to Increase
According to the Heartland MLS real estate stats for Johnson County, real estate listing inventory dropped from August 2011 to September 2011. The real estate inventory in August was 4,406 listings and in September the real estate inventory was 4,226 listings.
Also during this same period 41 fewer homes were listed for sale in September versus August. In August, 1,007 homes were listed for sale and in September 966 homes were listed for sale.
With fewer listings and interest rates still very low, look for home values to start to increase.
