Pending contracts have decrease from August, 2011 to September 2011, According to the Heartland MLS, pending contracts have increased from last year.

480 homes went under contact in August 2011 and 32 fewer homes went under contract in September 2011.

448 homes went under contract in September 2011 versus 441 homes went under contact in 2010.

With listings down and mortgage interest rates at historical lows, look for home values in Johnson County, Kansas to start to increase.
