• Theatre in the Park, Shawnee Mission Park – box office opens at 6:30pm; gates open at 7:30pm; show starts at 8:30pm – The Sound of Music, June 10-12 and June 16-19
• Fun on the Farm: Horse N’ Around, National Agricultural Center & Hall of Fame, Bonner Springs – 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, Put on your boots and come on out for some horsin’ around at the Ag Hall of Fame! Try your skills at roping, see a Farrier in action, and watch the various horse enthusiasts demonstrate their skills.
• Farmstead Dairy Day – Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead, Overland Park – 11am to 3pm

• Games2U at Epic Indoor Sports, 135th & Quivira, Overland Park – 6:30pm to 9:30pm – Spin in the Gyroscope, splash in the Foam Pit, roll in the Hamster Ball, and run playing Laser Tag. Join with your friends in games of dodge ball, soccer, kickball, or flag football. Run, laugh, and play! Only $20/individual or $50/family for your all access party pass. Concessions will be available all night.

• Dog-n-Jog, a 1 & 2 mile walk/run from 7-10:30am on The Country Club Plaza benefiting the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City. This is a family-friendly event that welcomes parents, children and dogs! It includes pet vendors, raffle prizes, a pet caricaturist and more!
