Over 50% of the homes sold in Johnson County sold with 90 days of being listed for sale - Kansas City real estate stats

According to the Heartland MLS, 52% of the homes that sold in Johnson County, Kansas sold within 90 days of being listed. Another 11% of the homes sold took another 30 days to sell. That leaves 37% of the homes that sold in March took over 120 days to sell.
