According to the Heartland MLS listing service, 55 new homes sold in Johnson County in the month of March. None of the new homes were condos, all were single family homes.

Out of the 55 new homes sold in Johnson County, 2 homes were 2 bedroom single family homes, 12 homes were 3 bedroom single family homes and the majority or 41 homes were 4+ bedroom single family homes.

The average sales price of the 55 single family homes sold was $353,223. The average 2 bedroom single family home sold for $232,000, the average 3 bedroom single family home sold for $218,421 and the average 4+ bedroom single family home sold for $398,590.

The total dollar amount of single family new homes sold in Johnson County, Kansas in March was $19,427,246.
