36% of the real estate inventory in Kansas City is on the Kansas side

According to the Kansas City Heartland MLS, 36% of the real estate listing inventory in March was in Kansas. Johnson County led with 24% of the inventory, followed by Wyandotte County with 5% and Leavenworth County with 3% of the listing inventory. Miami County and Franklin County rounded out the five counties in Kansas.
