According to recent stats compiled by the Kansas City Real Estate Network, the number of homes sold decreased 1147 homes from the 2nd quarter of 2010 to the 3rd quarter of 2010 in Johnson County, Kansas. The forecast for the 4th quarter is to see fewer homes sold.

2,711 homes sold during the 2nd quarter of 2010.
1,564 homes sold during the 3rd quarter of 2010.
