Johnson County, Kansas See Drop in New Homes being Built

These Kansas City Real Estate Stats presented by the Kansas City Real Estate Network of RE/MAX Best Associates







According to recent stats compiled by the Kansas City Real Estate Network, the number of new homes built in Johnson County, Kansas decreased 83 homes from the 2nd quarter to the 3rd quarter. With the new year coming and spring home building rush around the corner, new home build jobs look to increase the next quarter.



Johnson County, Kansas New Homes Built:
220 new homes were built during the 2nd quarter of 2010.
137 new homes were built during the 3rd quarter of 2010.
