Now that you have a firm grasp about what helps sell a house, and you are in a much better position this time around. Please be aware that your Kansas City home now shows on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as Expired.

Your phone has been ringing off the hook from Kansas City Realtors asking for your listing and making claims that “I can sell your house if you just give the listing to me”. They are telling you that they will do a better job for you than what your previous Realtor did, they may be right.

They might also be telling you that your price was too high. Once again, they may be right. Remember that there could be other reasons.
