Gardner, KS. Real Estate Stats - Average Days on the Market Increases

The average days on the market increased from 84 average days on the market in the first quarter of this year in Gardner, KS. to 90 days on the market. Although the average days on the market increased, 59 more homes sold in the 2nd quarter of this year compared to the first quarter of this year.

Apparently, more Gardner homeowners started listing their homes correctly when first listing their homes. The average % of asking price went from 97.7% in the first quarter to 98.5% in the 2nd quarter.
