How can Overland Park, Kansas compete with Google, KS.?

If you haven't heard the big news in Topeka, KS., Then I don't know where you have been. The mayor of Topeka has changed the name of Topeka to Google for the month of March in hopes of being a guinea pig for Google's high speed internet service. 

So for the month of March, the Capital of Kansas is Google, Kansas.

Sounds like a great marketing gimmick, doesn't it?

Overland Park, Kansas has been trying to lure Google also for the same service. I wonder what marketing gimmick the mayor of Overland Park, Carl Gerlach, is doing to lure Google.
