Vaccine is FREE at Olathe Clinic - Only 6,830 doses available

Free Chicken Pox Vaccinations:

"The Kansas Immunization Program has been awarded American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding and is passing funding to health departments. Funding and vaccine was allocated to each of the 105 Kansas counties pro rata based on population and is one-time funding. Johnson County will receive 6,830 doses of the chickenpox vaccine. These doses will be used for adolescent catch-up immunization campaigns for the 2010-2011 school year. Income does not matter - the vaccine can be used for anyone. We want to reach as many adolescents as we can right away. The vaccine will be available at the Johnson County Health Department starting the week of February 22 during regular clinic hours. THE VACCINE IS FREE. This would be a great opportunity for your students to meet the new requirement
- or go ahead and get the RECOMMENDED second dose - of Chickenpox.

During Spring break, the week of March 15, the OLATHE clinic will be open from 8:30am – 7:00pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm on Friday. Olathe Clinic Office: 11875 S. Sunset Dr. Suite 300
Olathe, KS 66061 913-894-2525"
