Thinking about relocating to Olathe or Overland Park, Kansas?

There doesn't seem like a week goes by when I have a discussion with a relocating home buyer.

This morning I had an online chat with a home buyer looking to relocate to Olathe, Kansas. The home buyer was familiar with Oklahoma so I compared Olathe to Oklahoma City. It was kind of easy for me because I was able to get help from my sister-in-law who had lived in Oklahoma City for a few years. I also got help from a couple Facebook friends who now live in Kansas City but have recently moved from Oklahoma. 

This past week I had a home buyer who lives in Las Vegas that was looking to move to Overland Park. They were raised in Springfield, Missouri and I used my personal knowledge of Springfield plus the help of a couple friends to describe Overland Park.

In realty, there are lots of Olathe's and Overland Park's out there. Sure they have different names but most cities have those great suburban cities that offer great schools, great parks, neighborhood shopping malls and fun places to entertain. Crime is low and people are friendly.
