"Much of the attention on the commercial real estate industry lately has been focused on what isn’t happening. So it was a nice break to listen in last week as a panel of judges discussed some of the industry’s greatest accomplishments in 2009.
This is the fifth year for our Capstone Awards program, and there is plenty to celebrate. Winning projects range from the $250 million renovation of Kauffman Stadium to Johnson County’s LEED Gold-certified emergency communications center to the sale/leaseback of YRC’s headquarters."
The Olathe Medical Pavilion was recognized for its green design and architectural design.
