Home Prices UP 5.05% - Including Kansas!
Saw this interesting infographic from Keeping Current Matters. They received their information from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FIFA).
According to their data, Kansas and Missouri are in the West North Central region. The West North Central region saw a 5.12% increase in home prices. Individually, Kansas saw the average home increase 5.67% and Missouri increased 5.09%.
Looking at the numbers, that means an average home that was worth $300,000 last year in Kansas would have appreciated to $317,010 this year.
