After reviewing the median home prices and average household income, U.S. News and World Report has completed their Top 10 List of the Most Affordable Places to Buy a Home.


With a median home price of $137,000 and a household income in the middle of the survey, Kansas City ranks #10 as the Most Affordable Places to Buy a Home in the United States. 


St. Louis ranked #9 and Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, Ga. ranked #1.
