63% of the resale homes sold in Johnson County last month sold within within 90 days
After an analysis of the Johnson
County, Kansas real estate stats, 63% of the homes sold in August,
sold within 90 days.
Here is a breakdown of the number of
days on the market.
26% of the homes sold, sold within 30
days of being listed for sale.
18% of the homes sold, sold within
31-60 days of being listed for sale.
19% of the homes sold, sold within
61-90 days of being listed for sale.
12% of the homes sold, sold within
91-120 days of being listed for sale.
25% of the homes sold, sold after 121
days of being listed for sale.
Homes in Johnson County, Kansas are
still selling. If you're thinking about selling your Johnson County
home, price it right at the beginning. Homes are selling if priced
right. If you price your home wrong, chances are you will be chasing
the market and will eventually sell it for less then if you price it
correctly at the beginning.
