Real Estate Wizard: Yes, Although the number of zero down mortgage loans have decreased in recent months, there are a few low interest rate mortgage loans offered to Kansas City home buyers.
Here is a list of mortgage loans:
1) A VA mortgage loan offered to military veterans who have full eligibility. The VA mortgage loan allows a veteran to obtain a low interest rate no down payment mortgage loan.
2) Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America mortgage loan allows home buyers in specific areas to obtain a low interest rate, no mortgage insurance, no down payment mortgage loan.
3) Physician Mortgage Loan is a specialty mortgage loan for residents, med students and doctors that has a low interest rate and no down payment. This loan does require reserves if there is no down payment. One lender in Kansas City is still offering a zero down no reserve physician mortgage loan.
4) HUD $100 down loan is a low down mortgage loan. I know it isn't zero down, but $100 down is like zero down isn't it?
5) USDA Rural Development mortgage loan is a low interest rate, no down mortgage loan that home buyers can get on homes in fast growing Kansas City communities like Gardner, Spring Hill, De Soto, Eudora, Wellsville and Paola.
If you need assistance in financing a home in Kansas City, lets talk. These mortgage loans are available but due to mortgage loan changes they will probably require a down payment in the near future.
With interest rates still low, it is a great time to buy a home in Kansas City.
RE/MAX sells more homes than any other real estate company.
