“I want a great deal. I mean an outstanding deal when I buy my next Kansas City home....”

“I want a great deal. I mean an outstanding deal....”

Many times a conversation with a new buyer starts with, “I want a great deal.”
Truth is, “great deal” is defined differently by everyone we work with.....For some, it’s a great price in a neighborhood they have always wanted to live in....Makes for a great opportunity to learn, create, then direct.  Make sense?

When we ask what part of the metro we should start with, more and more often we see buyers headed in all four directions....Currently assisting a client on the purchase of a lake home in Raintree Lake, that started with an offer on a foreclosure property in Overland Park....That’s an extreme example, yet more and more common.

How do YOU define a great deal? Price? Availability? Condition? If your search is starting with a “great deal”, let’s talk.

RE/MAX sells more homes than any other real estate company.
For a reason...should we talk?
