The average sales price is down 28% from $182,875 to $132,142 in Clay/Ray Counties, Missouri
The average sales price saw very little change in Platte County, Missouri. The current average sales price is $189,024.
The average sales price is down 32% from $85,336 to $37,084 in Cass County, Missouri
