According to the latest Johnson County, Kansas Economic and Market Watch Report the Edgerton, Kansas zip code has seen a 8.05% drop in the average sales price in the 3rd quarter of 2010 from the same period in 2009. The new average sales price is $122,200. The stats were compiled from the 10 homes that closed during the quarter, which was a 28.57% drop from the same period of 2009.
The average home in the Edgerton zip code of 66021 sold in 98 days for 93.9% of list price.
