FHA Mortgage Financing News - Some Loan Programs Have Been Deleted for Kansas City Home Buyers

Due to poor performance, all FHA and VA Arms will be retired as of September 1^st, 2010.


The loss of FHA and VA Arms for Kansas City home buyers has shrunk the mortgage product pool more. With more home buyer mortgage products decreasing weekly, the number of mortgage products for Kansas City home buyers has been nearly cut in half from the number of mortgage products offered in 2007.


Even though the number of home mortgage products has decreased, the low interest rates and the low home values makes it a great time to buy a home in Kansas City.
