The Kansas City Hot Air Balloon Invitational is free to attend this year. Checkout the schedule:

Here is a schedule for the flight times throughout the weekend.

Friday May 28th

• 7:00PM Media Flight

Saturday May 29th - Family Day

• 6:30AM Competition Flight
• 9:00AM Vendors open for business
  Food, Souvenirs, Crafts and More!
  Balloon Walk for Kids
• 10:00AM Meet the Pilot - Come out and meet one of our balloon pilots --- learn about what it takes to pilot a balloon. Includes question and answer session!
• 11:00AM Kite Flight – Bring your kite for a chance to win a great prize!
• 2:00PM Meet the Pilot - Come out and meet one of our balloon pilots --- learn about what it takes to pilot a balloon. Includes question and answer session!
• 7:00PM Balloon Launch
• 8:30PM Night Glow

Sunday May 30th - Community Awareness Day

• 6:30AM Competition Flight
• 9:00AM Vendors open for business
  Food, Souvenirs, Crafts and More!
  Non-profit organizations participate --- come learn about the services available in your community!
• 10:00AM Meet the Pilot - Come out and meet one of our balloon pilots --- learn about what it takes to pilot a balloon. Includes question and answer session!
• 11:00AM Kite Flight – Bring your kite for a chance to win a great prize!
• 2:00PM Meet the Pilot - Come out and meet one of our balloon pilots --- learn about what it takes to pilot a balloon. Includes question and answer session!
• 7:00PM Balloon Launch
• 8:30PM Night Glow

Monday May 31st

• 6:30 am Competition Flight

All flights are going to be held at Celebration Park in Gardner, Kansas at 159th Street and Kill Creek Road.
Admission to the park to watch the balloons is free.  Bring your families and enjoy the show.
