Staples and UPS have their Act Together - Great Customer Service - How does your company serve?

Last night after visiting Office Depot and Office Max for a blue tooth headset, I decided to surf the internet for stores in Kansas City who may have the particular blue tooth device I wanted.

I found the area stores, Best Buy and Staples, to have the blue tooth device I wanted. Noticing that Staples was $20.00 less expensive, I headed out to the Overland Park Staples.

Unforntunately, Staples was out of the blue tooth I wanted, but they offered a solution.

The assistant manager offered to have the blue tooth device shipped to my home the next day for no additional charges.

I told the assistant manager that it would be a deal if they delivered to my office.

I went ahead and purchased the blue tooth device and gave the assistant manager my office address.

Last night I talked to many friends and told them about my deal. Nobody believes me that Staples will have my new blue tooth device in my office.

Sure enough, when I walked into my office I had a UPS package sitting in my mailbox. It was the blue tooth device that I bought from Staples the night before.

To me that is service. What kind of service does your Kansas City business provide?
