The Median Sales Price of single family homes in Kansas City has decreased

According to a National Association of REALTORS report the median sales price of existing single-family homes in Kansas City has decreased.

In 2007, the median sales price was 153.3. It dropped to 144.3 in 2008. Although it dropped to 140.7, in 2009, it looks like the home buyer tax credit is helping to increase the median sales price for 2010.
