I feel bad for the Texas A&M Aggies. Why you ask? Last night they lost a basketball game they should have probably won against the Kansas Jayhawks.
All the Jayhawks had to do was show up for the last 4 minutes. If you were on Twitter, you would have thought the whole nation was against the Jayhawks. My Hootsuite account was displaying negative tweets about the Jayhawks faster than the space shuttle going to outer space.
Tough teams like the Jayhawks no how to win. But that is not why I feel bad for the Texas A&M Aggies. Why you ask again?
My teenage boys kept on pointing out all of the misspelled and grammatically incorrect posters in the Texas Aggie arena. My teenage boys thought it was embarrassing for a top university like Texas A&M to have so many misspelled posters.
An example of one they saw 2 or 3 times was "Aggies for a upset". My oldest son pointed out it should have been "an upset".
Universities should use the tv time on the national stage of a basketball game like on "Big Monday" to show their higher education, not their lack of education.
That is why I feel bad for the Texas A&M Aggies.
