New report states that there will be 5 million real estate foreclosures

Research by the consulting group, John Burns Real Estate Consulting, shows that there are 7.7 million households currently behind on their mortgage in the United States. Also in their study they predict that there will be 5 million real estate foreclosures in the coming months.

This research is mind boggling because we are supposed to be over the real estate foreclosure mess and heading the right direction. What this research shows is that the United States hasn't hit the foreclosure highs yet.
