Gardner Mayor Drovetta Sees Growth - Gardner State of the City

"Mayor Dave Drovetta of Gardner presented his “State of the City” to members of the Gardner Area Chamber of Commerce and the public at a luncheon on Thursday afternoon. Drovetta reviewed the significant growth experienced by Gardner over the past 20 years, the decisions that have been made by City leaders in the past and where the City is headed today."

In everything I have read nothing was said about the residential real estate market. There are many new home foreclosures that are bringing down the value of existing homes in Gardner.
