According to recent stats compiled by the Kansas City Real Estate Network, the average sales price increased from $241.100 in the 2nd quarter of 2010 to $258,300 during the 3rd quarter of 2010 for Johnson County, Kansas. The housing forecast for the 4th quarter is to see a decline in the average sales price.
